ENDS May 19, 2023!
In collaboration with Johns Hopkins Neurology Department, this survey was developed to give researchers a clearer idea of patient diagnosis experience and quality of life post MOGAD. We invite all MOGAD patients globally to join this internal review board (IRB) certified survey and let their voices be heard. This survey is designed with patient experience in mind and will help researchers better understand your stories as they relate to disease impact.
We would like as many of our community as possible from anywhere in the world to join in and take the survey, that is why it will be kept open for the next four weeks!
Your data will not be paired with your personal information and it will remain anonymous and private. The survey will not take more than 15-20 min to be completed.
As always, you have the option to enter our drawing for some of our MOGnificent Gear when you complete the survey! Instructions will be given to enter the drawing at the end of the survey. We will pick 5 lucky winners from our drawing pool so don’t forget to enter when you have completed the survey.
Your participation is highly appreciated and very much needed by researchers and clinicians of MOGAD who want to make a difference for patients.
We thank you for your participation!
