The MOGAD Patient Summit 2026 was a two-day patient conference hosted by The MOG Project in Baltimore, MD, bringing together patients, caregivers, researchers, and clinicians for two days of education, connection, and community!

This year’s Summit featured leading experts in MOGAD from Johns Hopkins Medicine, alongside community advocates and patient voices. Together, we shared the latest research, explored care strategies, and strengthened the growing MOGAD community. The event empowered patients and families with the latest knowledge while building connections across our community.

The 2026 U.S. MOGAD Patient Summit has come to a close — thank you to everyone who joined us in Baltimore and online! It was an incredible two days of research updates, community connection, and celebration.
